Trev Lukather

Trev Lukather has just released his latest single “Only Girl” via digital download. Trev is the son of world renowned musician and guitarist Steve Lukather, and is also a talented singer, songwriter, and guitar player. His multiple talents definitely prove himself to be a high quality rock musician.
Trev Lukather’s EP “Trev” released in 2008 showcases some very impressive tunes with great hooks and melodies. The musical arrangements, including Trev’s guitar riffs and simple but “to the point” licks, as well as guitar solos that stick to your ears, enhance the tunes creating an incredible rock album.
Trev has also been working with various artists as he makes his name in the music industry step by step. He writes for artists such as American rock act HALESTORM, in which he received his first gold disc, and also is the musical director for Lindsay Loha, Paul Rey (Epic), Ryan Cabrera (Atlantic/Universal), etc. Trev Lukather took time to talk with MUSE ON MUSE, with some deep insights into his music.

Trev Lukather (トレヴ・ルカサー) が美しいパワーバラードの最新シングル”Only Girl”をデジタル配信にてリリースした。
世界中に多くのファンを持つ偉大なミュージシャン、ギタリストであるスティーヴ・ルカサーを父親に持つトレヴァーは、自身もシンガー/ソングライター/ギタリストの各分野が高い次元で融合された卓越した才能を持つロック・ミュージシャンとして活躍している。2008年に発表された作品「Trev」は聴き手を惹きつける印象的なメロディ、フックを持つ珠玉のメロディの楽曲が揃っており、アレンジ面でも楽曲の魅力を引き出すセンスあるギターのリフや、シンプルでありながらも心に残る美味しいフレーズが濃縮されたギターソロが散りばめられた素晴らしいロック・アルバムとなっている。

Steve Lukather

Steve Lukather has released his long-awaited solo album “I Found The Sun Again”. His Toto colleague Joseph Williams also released his solo album “Denizen Tenant” at the same time and David Paich has worked for both albums so this album can be considered as a product of TOTO with current members in a way.
“I Found The Sun Again” featured his family musicians like Gregg Bissonette on drums, Jeff Babko on keys, Jorgen Carlsson and John Pearse on Bass and those real musicians delivered fantastic performance which never bores us. There are also catchy melodic tunes like “Run To Me” which Ringo Starr played drums therefore the whole album can reach from casual Rock&Pops listners to Real music players/fans.

Richard Page

Richard Page came under the spotlight as an amazing songwriter and singer during the late 70s and early 80s as a member of the PAGES. Richard and PAGES band mate Steve George went on to form MR.MISTER, and in 1985 their second album “Welcome To The Real World” topped the album charts, along with singles “Kyrie” and “Broken Wings” hitting #1 on the singles charts as well.
MR.MISTER went on to release 2 more albums: “Go On…” and “Pull” before disbanding. (“Pull” was finally released in 2010, which was approximately 20 years after the actual recording.)
After leaving MR.MISTER, Richard Page went on to pursue his solo career. Recently Richard has joined and is touring with RINGO STARR & HIS ALL STARR BAND. Richard took time during his busy touring schedule with RINGO STARR & HIS ALL STARR BAND to answer a quick interview with MUSE ON MUSE about the ongoing North American Tour with RINGO STARR & HIS ALL STARR BAND, about MR.MISTER, and about his solo works.
