Michael Thompson, a well-known session guitarist, boasts an impressive resume packed with collaborations alongside top artists like Celine Dion and Mariah Carey, both in the studio and on tour. Not only has he lent his six-string mastery to movie soundtracks, but he has also graced the world with his solo projects, including the critically acclaimed albums ‘The World According To M.T.’ and ‘M.T. Speaks’. These records serve as a testament to Thompson’s artistry, showcasing his astute and ingenious guitar prowess.

Not content with solely pursuing solo endeavors, Thompson has also steered the ship of Michael Thompson Band, delivering three studio albums and a captivating live album. セリーヌ・ディオン、マライア・キャリーなど数多くのビッグ・アーティストのレコーディングやツアー、また、映画音楽への参加などで楽曲をより魅力的なものに昇華させるための最適解のギターをプレイしてきた超一流のセッション・ギタリスト、マイケル・トンプソン。
自身の活動としてもこれまでにソロアルバム『The World According To M.T.』、『M.T. Speaks』をリリースし、洗練されたクレバーなギタープレイが散りばめられた音楽でギターファンを魅了している。また、Michael Thompson Bandとしても過去に3作のスタジオアルバム、1作のライブ作品をリリースしており、その活動においてはギター音楽のファンに限らない、AOR / Rock音楽といったより幅広い音楽ファン層にアピールする音楽を手掛けている。

Michel Thompson, who is known as one of the best session guitarists, has been working for legends like Celine Dion, Shania Twain, Phil Collins, Mariah Carey and Madonna, have just released new album “Love and Beyond” as his own band Michael Thompson band.
The album open with emotional guitar instrumental number “Opening” and the set showcases wonderful vocal tracks filled by quality melodies, supreme arrangements and tasteful guitar play by the legend Michael himself. The album also contains guitar Interludes which displays Michael’s identity as a guitarist and those interludes gives his very own worldview to the album.

Clif Magness

Clif Magness has released numerous classics for not only himself, but also for other producers. The tune with Quincy Jones “The Places You Find Love” won Grammy wards. “All I Need” in 1984 for Jack Wagner is considered to be the best tune Jack has released. He also produced the hit tune “Impulsive” for Wilson Phillips in 1994, the album “FOR THE LOVE OF STRANGE MEDICINE” for Steve” Perry from Journey, who is well known in Japan as well as worldwide, the hit album “LET GO” for Avril Ramona Lavigne and for countless others.

His “PLANET 3” with Jay Graydon and Glen Ballard released in 1991 fascinated AOR/Rock fans by its superb vocals and song writing. Clif, who is a big influence in music industry, just released his new solo album “LUCKY DONG” the songs are filled with his signature vocal, soothing catchy melodies, heavy chorus works, and arrangements which emphasize the power of music.
