MUSICMANよりアメリカ西海岸発の超人気バンドのマルーン5のギタリスト、ジェームス・ヴァレンタインのシグネチュア・モデル ″Valentine″が登場した。
今回登場したジェームス・ヴァレンタインのシグネチュア・モデル ″Valentine″はボディ・マテリアルにアッシュ材を使用し、 6弦側に向かって緩やかにテーパーしているボディを採用することで、演奏性を高めるデザインになっている。
フィンガーボードとネックはローステッド・メイプルで、ネック・ジョイント・プレートを用い、強固な 5ボルトでボディにジョイント。ピックアップは、アーニーボール・ミュージックマン・オリジナル・デザインで、フロントにはメタル・カバードのハムバッカー、リアにはハムバッカー・サイズでスタッガード・ポールピースのシングルコイル・ピックアップが搭載されている。
非常に多彩なサウンド・メイキングが可能なモデルであり、カラーは、サテン・ナチュラル、トランス・バターミルク、トランス・ブラック、トランス・マルーンの 4色がラインナップされている。
