Flying Colors has just released their second album “Second Nature”. The band consists of members such as Steve Morse, Mike Portnoy, and Neal Morse, who all have separate commitments with other projects and bands, which would make you think of Flying Colors as a mere project. Nevertheless, Flying Colors has released their self-titled debut album, followed by a live album titled “Live In Europe” and now their second album “Second Nature”, successfully delivering all of their works with extremely high quality of songwriting and performance, proving Flying Colors to be not just another project. Richard Page came under the spotlight as an amazing songwriter and singer during the late 70s and early 80s as a member of the PAGES. Richard and PAGES band mate Steve George went on to form MR.MISTER, and in 1985 their second album “Welcome To The Real World” topped the album charts, along with singles “Kyrie” and “Broken Wings” hitting #1 on the singles charts as well.
MR.MISTER went on to release 2 more albums: “Go On…” and “Pull” before disbanding. (“Pull” was finally released in 2010, which was approximately 20 years after the actual recording.)
After leaving MR.MISTER, Richard Page went on to pursue his solo career. Recently Richard has joined and is touring with RINGO STARR & HIS ALL STARR BAND. Richard took time during his busy touring schedule with RINGO STARR & HIS ALL STARR BAND to answer a quick interview with MUSE ON MUSE about the ongoing North American Tour with RINGO STARR & HIS ALL STARR BAND, about MR.MISTER, and about his solo works.

One of his high points in his career is definitely his role as the guitar player for Ozzy Osbourne, which has consolidated his position as a real guitar hero, following great guitar players such as Randy Rhoads, Jake E Lee and Zakk Wylde. Francis and his music was greatly influenced by his elder brother Barry Dunnery, who was a member of the band NECROMANDUS discovered by BLACK SABBATH’s Tony Iommi back in the 70s.
